The first of which focuses on developing consulting essentials. We cover core consulting areas such as building market knowledge, account planning, client communication basics, and service delivery essentials. After this framework, advisors have a solid understanding for the skills and activities required in each stage of the consulting cycle.

The second framework equips advisors to foster successful relationships, with senior stakeholders, to become their trusted advisor. Advisors who gain high levels of trust in their clients enjoy easier access to key information, people and opportunities. In our final framework, we focus on some of the more advanced consulting skills. Specifically, how to create real value by transferring technical expertise into business results for your clients. The basis of this is the introduction of a methodology for structured thinking and problem solving. We teach the art of taking the complex and distilling it down into easily communicated messages and solutions. These skills lie at the heart of what makes it easy to buy solutions from advisors.
