Founder Ant Williams is a World Ranked freediver who, in 2019, broke a World Record in the Arctic Circle to become the deepest man under ice. Ant set up Modus Leadership to blend his background in high-performance sport, with his passion for developing authentic business leaders who get results.
Ant is an in-demand keynote speaker who has spoken at TEDx Melbourne and shared his incredible story with many of Australia’s largest organisations. He lives with his young family in Torquay on the Surf Coast where he still trains and competes in freediving while running Modus Leadership.

With a background in Photography and Video Production, Peter has worked for the past 10 years building commercial multimedia solutions for clients around the world. Peter has made it his mission to bring the best out of every project he tackles, creating media that communicates complex ideas in a simple yet engaging way.
Anna Sundt

A Chartered Occupational Psychologist and award-winning artist, Anna has more than 20 years’ experience as a business owner, change consultant and performance coach. A versatile consultant and instructional designer, Anna specialises in creating leadership and management programs, sales and consultancy skills training, team days and ideation sessions. Her client work has taken her throughout the world with significant projects delivered in Europe, the USA, Canada and Hong Kong.
Terry Condon
Principal Consultant
Terry is a commercially-minded Principal Consultant with an MBA in leadership and innovation. Prior to Modus, Terry held a senior management position for Australian Rugby Union and worked across elite sports with teams such as the Richmond AFL club, the AIS, and Australian Rugby Sevens. His homerun achievement was helping a biotech develop an innovative product that enabled them to list on the ASX.
