Ant Williams

Founder

Ant is a Business Psychologist who has held senior leadership roles in management consulting firms. Specializing in Leadership Development and Sales Effectiveness, Ant brings over 10 years’ experience working with blue chip organisations across Asia Pacific and Europe.

In Leadership Development, Ant worked as the Associate Director of a leading management consulting firm and opened their Melbourne Office. For 8 years Ant sponsored numerous key accounts including Telstra Channel Management, Estée Lauder Companies, Asciano, AustralianSuper, Fitness First, Allergan, Tabcorp, Allianz and Simplot. Ant is a highly experienced leadership facilitator for groups of all sizes and is well-suited to senior audiences.

On the Sales Effectiveness side, Ant is a thought leader in executive education who has helped clients create sales functions, develop new service delivery models, innovate in mature markets, improve sales effectiveness, negotiate better deals and develop impactful consulting skills. He has led sales transformation projects with large organisations and deployed negotiation training across Britain, Russia, China, South Africa, Germany, Sweden, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. Ant was formerly a Manager with PriceWaterhouse Coopers in Sydney specializing in the creation and delivery of programs that would boost consulting capability in the Advisory Business.
